This was a whimsical entry that I drew in August last year. At the time, I recently discovered a new passion for loose-leaf tea after visiting a local tea shop. From the moment I entered the shop and tasted properly brewed tea, I was hooked! No more tea bags for me!

Today, I have various loose-leaf tea in my cupboard, tea measuring spoons, tea containers, electric tea kettle and more. This journal entry reminded me how fun it was to learn about the various tea choices out there and what it truly means to take time to really make a great cup of tea and enjoy every sip.

Tea for me is fun and relaxing. I often have a cup sitting by me when I read, knit, draw or simply need a quiet moment in my day. I remember I was inspired to draw this page while a cup of tea sat beside me. Ah, what a lovely way to spend an afternoon.
